To really look like a wise wizard, add in a flowing white wig and long white beard and you are perfect.

If you would like to be a more demented or evil sorcerer, use a black cloak and make the hair stand out a little more- think static electricity rather than gently flowing energy. Finally, please guys, (and I mean mine too on this one) do not ruin the look of your sorcerer costume by forgetting about your shoes. Nothing ruins the magic moment of a magic man than grimy sneakers or worse, sandals with socks under your cloak of mystery. Show up looking like that and you might as well be wearing the cloak of misery because you won’t be showing up with any of the ladies!
